Breeding

At Prestige Kennel, our breeding program is rooted in love, ethics, and excellence. We raise all of our puppies inside our home, not in outdoor kennels or separate buildings. Our dogs live alongside us, as part of our family, and are surrounded by daily interaction, affection, and care. Our children grow up with our dogs, and our lives revolve around their well-being.

We specialize in home-raised Schnauzers with a strong emphasis on genetics, coat quality, dental health, and overall breeding excellence. Every dam and sire is carefully selected and DNA-tested through Embark. Many of our puppies’ grandparents have received OFA certifications for heart and eye health, reinforcing our commitment to producing healthy, well-socialized puppies.

Our breeding philosophy is shaped by decades of experience. Raised around AKC show rings and mentored by my mother—a professional groomer and AKC show breeder—I learned early on the importance of reading lineage and prioritizing quality over quantity. Today, I carry those lessons forward with a deep love for Schnauzers and a dedication to ethical breeding.

We maintain a small, intentional breeding program, using genetic testing and pedigree research to ensure the purity and integrity of our lines. Every puppy receives weekly photo and video updates so you can watch your new companion grow before they join your family.

Unlike many breeders who house dogs in kennels or runs with limited human interaction, our dogs are never left alone. They are exceptionally cared for, come from beautiful bloodlines, and are raised in a warm, loving home environment.
